Reducing requested frames queue for long exposures #108

delay What i mean, so it give big (up to ~ 3 sec, it enrages) delay. So if i understand new api right, you can set timeout for send new request in camera queue about previous requested image exposure time, if exposures be long (1/1,2 - 1/15 maybe?).

I would really like to have 8" exposure like the one that has the OnePlus One Camera Next app (on CyanogenMod 11S).
