Scrambled video Nexus 5.1 Vanilla LMY47D #155

When recording video on my Nexus 5 using VanillaAOSP [Android 5.1.0_r1 LMY47D] rom with either the PA Gapps or BaNks Gapps the video does not play back. It's all scrambled and reminds me of the old school days when premium tv channels where scrambled. Heres a pic.

If I use other camera apps(I have tried AOSP camera and Google camera) and the video does not come out scrambled, but the videos still do contain that green bar at the bottom.

You set a too high bitrate for your recording.
