EXIF date time stamp is wrong on DNG file. #164

The file name of DNG file has correct date/time but the EXIF date/time is not. screen shot 2015-05-07 at 2 19 44 pm

Also having this issue on my nexus 6.. On my device, the capture time on the EXIF varies wildly in how late it is.. sometimes it's 23 hours late.. and on other files, it's 37 hours late..
