feat(PPT-1348): Add functionality to fetch list of guests #514

Create a driver that is able to

[x] - scan room bookings
[x] - identify external guests invited to the booking
[x] - this should exclude bookings where the external visitor component has already been handled
[x] - the driver should create a visitor record for the external attendees so they appear in Concierge as visitors.
