According to DarkRift2 discord discussion the Dissonance server plugin is out of date.

I've recompiled the plugins against the latest version of DarkRift2 available on the store. Rather than wait for the next Dissonance release I've deployed it as the DarkRift2 integration for Dissonance 6.2.4, so you can find it here.
