I get this in Unity headless mode as well
This will show up on in any Dissonance application which sends or receives audio. Are you running your headless application as a dedicated server (exactly what that means depends on which network integration you are using).

In that case the next version of Dissonance (coming very soon) may help you out there. It lazily loads the audio pipeline - which means it never loads on a dedicated server because dedicated servers don't send or receive any audio and so never load it at all.
With Dissonance 6.4.3 these log messages have been suppressed.
When Dissonance starts up it logs some information from within the preprocessor e.g.
This is not hooked up to the usual Dissonance diagnostic settings and there is currently no way to disable it.
