Feature: Stamina Bar #20

Create a simple stamina bar to limit how much the character can sprint in game.

I have encountered a few bugs with the stamina bar but should be resolved by the weekend.

I have completed the blueprints and HUD for the stamina bar but will need adjusting for a better HUD positioning if we all don't agree on it.
