Improve the design of the UI features #20

This includes the on screen display showing health, ammo, gas mask level etc. So all the UI elements which move with the player.

So far I have fully designed the health bar and added it to the game. I have also added text to appear on it showing the players health with its actual value and a percentage of it. I still need to make the bar itself change size depending on the players current health value and complete the other UI elements. I will try to get these done later today.

i have added a armor, and speed text on my version of the code as well as a exit what leads into a exit scene and before level one loads form the menu it will show a intro scene nothing much on both just text.

Also i'm working on improving the design of various other miscellaneous assets such as the display of item quality.

added instructions on how to play on the opening scene

fixed/readded text saying "press space to enter outpost" when near the outpost door.

I have completed redesigned the UI while playing the game and is much more visually appealing, with graphics that I created on Adobe Photoshop such as the following. healthbar
