work completed today #30

as we are unable upload the work completed today as it was above 25mb and will is merging the files tonight. i shall quickly say what i have done today just so it can be seen here as there is not all of it was put on github i may repeat somethings said in previous issues. feel free to coment what you have done today and feel may not be shown on github below. the game now displays amount of scrap, armor and shows how fast the player can move. scrap is now droped from enemies. you can see how much scrap you have in outpost and can use it to upgrade health up to 400, armor up to 70 and speed upto 100. added a opening scene that tells players the controls mostly but forgot to put in how to switch weapon currently. a level exit that takes played to a congratulations scene and then sends them back to main menu when they press a button, the melee weapon now works and only deals damage once every 0.5 seconds while touching a enemy. armor now reduces damage taken correctly up to 70% from the outpost anyway and text now correctly shows above outpost door this should all be in the version shown tomorrow

I have uploaded everyone's work to their personal branches on their behalf using the Git commands as this bypasses the 25MB upload limit using the built in upload system on the GitHub website.
