Main Menu #17

I think we should make a main menu which the user can click on a instructions button to go to instructions and press space to start game. In the instructions screen i think we should have a button to go back to main menu. This button could also be used on the end screens to go back to main menu.

Main Menu song.zip I think we should use this as our main menu, instructions, win and lose screen song.
