Finished simple RTS style camera that uses a very complicated way of moving the camera, allows zooming rotation and mouse controlled movement.

can you upload this somewhere so i can start implementing it into the main branch, the file i have is the wrong version.

I am having issues implementing this into the main branch, we might need to redesign it this week
