We need to be able to disable following features per level basis for the player:
digging
mining
kamikaze
level timer
The reason for this is to have levels that do not allow use of these features for the purpose of tutorials and a more diverse level creations. Any new feature that influences the player's control over the game should have the ability to be disabled by level design.
