Controller mapping

There's no mapping for the menu or dash on controllers.

i have re-done the controller mappings and added some that were missing

current mapping(buttons are xbox naming style):

• jump: A
• toggle state: Y (like switching weapons in an FPS)
• interact(no longer used for pipes, should only be for dreamblocks): B
• dash: X
• groundpound: LT or RT
• menu: start
