Here's a basic build that can be used for testing. Basic controller support was added.

Left Bumper - Open Phone A - Jump X - Interact Y - Add item to inventory BACK (Left kinda start button) - Open inventory

Test Build - 0.0.1

@TheAddis also needs to be assigned.

We'll start testing ASAP. Do you have a particular testing plan you want us to follow - things you want and don't want us to test?

GreggsNBacon commented 6 years ago

@SharktallicA we are still designing heaps of stuff. We are aware of the movement bugs and they will be fixed shortly. We're just looking for really abnormal bugs or performance drops for now (we haven't experienced any, but they may occur.)

Post any of your findings on this thread and we'll work on improving them :)

I have just completed the merging of the master branch with the new map and phone system. Currently known issues (working on at the moment and will update this list when completed):

Based on some feedback i've read here about the SQL database and some other testing I did, I believe I've managed to fix the dialogue/ NPC system in release mode. The problem was that I had only included the 64-bit binaries for the SQL database. This worked fine in the editor as that uses 64-bit, however we use 32-bit on the release build of it. I've made it so it will choose between 32 and 64 bit depending on its environment. Also another issue that may have prevented it from showing was related to UI scaling and it should now scale correctly on all resolutions / aspect ratios.
