I was talking with boys and they said that atm we need just some simple placeholder things for person and wall. I actually made it really simple and I will upload it.
Characters: Guards ( The models that you've uploaded before I quite like them, and different guard types can be just re-colors so that's good) Player model (I think it doesn't have to be completely different, but the player needs some way to distinguish between the guards and himself)
Environment: The game is set in an office area so things like chairs, desks, plants, trash bins. These are what I can think of right now but anything that you can think of that could be found in an office, do it. It fills out the area and gives more personality to each level.
Alright sorry for being a bit all over the place. It's been decided that we go top-down 2D then, I still think taking "Hotline Miami" as a reference is the best we have as help. I want the both of you to look at pictures from that game as inspiration, and make wall textures and player/guard models in that style, but a bit more boring and plain, it's just an office afterall :)
Will do. Gonna try to do the stuff in GIMP if it's gonna be too messy I'll try to do it on that pixelart site and than convert it in blank background in GIMP
