I know some of you think it's unnecessary, but this is indeed about 20% of the mark we get at the end, so you really should do it, it literally takes up to 10 minutes at most. I've done the team homepage, and Lois and I have our too so you can just look at those to have some inspiration. Also it's probably Mike only who will look at it so you dont have to worry about this going public.
