How to fix sprite blurry/transparency problem

When you import the sprite, double click to open sprite editor.

Find Texture, then change the filter setting to nearest.

Then scroll until you see a chroma key option, enable it, and set to the colour you want to become transparent.

This will create a pixel perfect, transparent background sprite.
