as far as I'm aware, you can drop those .uasset files into your unity project and they should work fine
EDIT: It is not as simple as drag and drop, and I am open to suggestions on as to how to transfer a tilesheet, and the tilemap to a new unreal project.
As far as I know for the tilesheet it's as simple as creating a new tilesheet asset, using the tilesheet.png and then making the tile grid set to 16x16 for selection.
Other than that, I have made a map and want to transfer that.
