load campplus from huggingface
load tokenizer dynamically (copied from app.py)

PS: it also includes a ruff.toml configuration file, which was added unintentionally. Nevertheless it contains useful settings for linting and has been retained as it will be beneficial for maintaining code quality and consistency in the future.
