Uninstall-Lab does not remove all network switches #294

[x] PowerShell host you're using (eg. Console Host, ISE, Visual Studio): Console
[x] Operating system you're running: Windows Server 2016
[x] Version of LabBuilder you're using (use Get-Module -Name LabBuilder): 0.8.3.1140

When running Uninstall-Lab it removes the VM and the "Lab Management" switch (the Internal network switch). But it leaves all other network switches configured that was configured in the .xml file.

Thanks @Johlju ! I haven't been paying very much attention to this repo :grin: I better put some work into cleaning up some issues. I've been spending all my time on DSC! :grin:
