• Add Sections to Feature templates

  • [x] New or Updated selection in table format (Use emoji checks)
  • [x] Image of what GH's new branch creation looks like
  • [ ] Note to remove any Unused Non-Required Fields after save

• Change General Issue Description and fields to be for non-collaborator use
