[TUTORIAL] Add Passphrase BIP39 Ledger #936

New tutorial on how to set up a BIP39 passphrase on the various Ledger models. There's a whole theoretical section on how the passphrase works, its advantages, risks, and best practices.

I've also added in this PR a hyperlink in the "Ledger Flex" tutorial to redirect to the "BIP39 PP" tutorial. This tutorial is currently only available in French. As for the "Nano S" tutorial, which is translated into all languages, I've added this link in all languages.
