CYP201 quizz #975

The CYP201 quizz was mostly incoherent (AI-generated). I redid it from scratch using the old question base (CRYPTO301). So the new quiz is currently only in French and requires translation.

In the future, we should take the time to also redo the course text, which is quite incoherent (AI generated from my videos) and based on my training, some parts of which are outdated due to Taproot. So, it's something to rework in the future imho.
