Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to make the references in the Algorithms page clickable, so that clicking them would cause a jump to the location of the reference.
Describe the solution you'd like
This can also be a low-tech solution, I tried doing the "regular" thing you could do in markdown, i.e. do `[1]" by hand but that did not work.
A more "high-tech" solution would be to add a custom tag, like
[ref name="ref:qaoa"] QAOA .... [/ref]
that automatically takes care of numbering and creating an anchor and that can be cited as [cite name="ref:qaoa"] or something along these lines.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We can also leave it as is, this is a nice-to-have feature.
