Profile image is gone and upload of new images is not possible #58

Describe the bug My profile image on the platform is gone and trying to upload it again results in a server error.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the profile page
  2. Click on Change Profile Image
  3. Upload an image.
  4. See error Request POST /user-service/users/2af6d75b-8270-43a9-be5e-3289ff6b12b5/profile-image failed with status 500

Expected behavior The profile picture is uploaded and the cropped image is visible
