Link in "Relations to other Algorithms"section doesn´t redirect properly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to an algorithm description page, e.g.,"Training Support Vector Machines with Quantum Annealing."
2. Under the "Relations to other Algorithms" section, click on the link for "Quantum Annealing."

Expected Behavior The UI should redirect to the algorithm description page for "Quantum Annealing."

Current Behavior While the URL in the browser changes to indicate the "Quantum Annealing" page, the UI remains on the "Training Support Vector Machines with Quantum Annealing" description page. The content does not update to reflect the new algorithm page.
