feature plugin dependency & auto save

Short Description

Currently, it was not possible to define dependencies between plugins. Also there was no function that enables to auto save the workflow after action/interval.

Proposed Changes

• reorganize config
• enable auto save interval/action
• add dependency attribute to plugins
