A work in progress PR for the Non-Official Manual regarding the polar planes. Although outdated (already :( ) it treats all the low level library functions regarding the polar plane. High level library functions as well as improvements made from the stream of 27/01/2021 onwards and vectorisation of other parts still need to be done. But at least it is something :D
