Import_KeyPair report error #1

I compile the source code and run demo "By Count.eprj" ,provide exe to be protected and days limited, click the button "Protect exe NOW", this function Import_KeyPair report error "DLL error code shown above. Could not import the Public key"

I'm not the author of this code writing you this reply. The original author of this code submitted it in 2004 to now defunct PSC site and has long gone to work on other projects.

There is practically zero chance you may get any reply from them, let alone any fixes in the code which you found problems with.

IMO all you can do in this situation is clone this source code, start your VB6 IDE and churn all the fixes you need yourself.
