1.19.2 Forge 43.2.3 MoreCommands mod crushes Launcher on StartUp #92

All the info is here. I had minecraft server 1.16.4 Spigot with bunch of plugins for over 4 years. And I had forge moded server 1.16.4 with over 220mods on it and It was working perfectly.

This time I know that this is new minecraft and everything but I cant find out why does this keep crushing. If anyone will lookthis up ill gladdly be here 24/7 Ty.
