[Bug] Raptor XOV commander buildbar and commands missing #56

Probably due to this https://github.com/Planetary-Obliteration/PlanetaryObliteration/commit/e53d4cd0f0e2c08a3d8f47191b3fe6af3ed7ad39

The file was renamed but some paths throughout the code still use raptor_xov.json

EDIT: so you can see what I mean

The buildbar and the commands are missing.
