EOVs significance of trend lines? Seasonality? Port Hacking - Physical EOVs vs Physical anomaly - what is the reference period

Long term monitoring - Physical / biochemical

Eukaryote silicate index

Microbial indices Explain what they are eg. what is the archeal temp index

Temp analysis by depth - not sure what legends go with what plot

Just compiling the points above into tasks

[ ] Indicate the reference period for the anomaly plots.
[x] Add some definitions for the indices
[ ] NRS Moorings - Indicate the depths for "Bottom", "MLD" and "Surface" somehow. Or a description of how they are calculated.

For point 1 and 3 above, I think we could put a sentence at the bottom of each page in the app saying something like, "For further information about the methodology used in the creation of these plots, see the Help tab." (with hyperlink).
