Remove or modify the list of "specific events" #796

In the profile / availability tab there is a list of "specific events" not to be scheduled against. Our convention is not going to include any of these event, but may need to add a few events specific our convention (e.g. Meet the Pros(s) party, the Saturday dance party). There does not appear to be a way to alter this list.

There is no way to do so currently via the UI but i believe there are command line ways that do this for you

I found the way to update this via direct editing of the database. This request is to add a UI to allow editing these.
