STLK Shi-Tomasi feature identification with LK tracking engine #170

Add the Shi-Tomasi corner identification function cv.goodFeaturesToTrack to identify a set of points to track in the first frame of a movie, and then use the LK engine to the identified points in subsequent frame.

We will call this engine STLK.

This is a question for Eric.

The stated direction a few months ago was to implement a list of tracking algorithms including this one. But whether that direction is still part of the plan is Eric's call.
