Analysis needs timestamps for each frame. #427

For analysis, results download (CSV), and charting/graphing, we want the time information for each movie frame somehow. Whether that's expressed as a time-lapse rate or a timestamp on each frame, we need this information in some form available to the client application, and apparently we don't have it now!

I've filled out the contact form on LapseIt.com to ask if it is possible recover the metadata. The LapseIt program has many, many options for controlling the delay between each frame.
