We need to specify the log level for the planttracer python code separately from the log level for the Zappa system.
Right now, with log level set to debug, we only get results like below. It looks like the log level for the planttracer system is not INFO, but WARNING or ERROR.
[ ] Set up an environment variable in the Zappa config to specify the plant tracer default logging level.
[ ] See if setting it to INFO gives us proper logging.
[ ] If it doesn't, create a new logger for planttracer and use that everywhere, e.g. ptlog.info() rather than logging.info().
