Updates warnings while issuing Bulk Codes #2107

This pull request updates the warnings displayed below the Issue Codes button in the Bulk Codes feature.

Changes:

  1. The recipientDataConsent functionality (toggle) has been removed
  2. termsAndPrivacyText has been added (below the Issue Codes button) to inform users about the platform terms and privacy policy
  3. Additionally, invalidEmailWarningText has been updated.

These changes improve the clarity and accuracy of the warnings.
