Fixes This PR handles zoom In on the project site functionality and satellite layer

How to test ?

-Select any one of project from the page(/[locale/prd]). -It will zoom into the one of the site of the selected project. -You can also switch between satellite view and normal map view. -To switch between the sites; use site drop down component (only available if project has more than one site)

• Project list is fetched using /app/projects?_scope=map every time the user goes back to the page. This is unnecessary.

The mobile UI needs work. Site dropdown is currently hidden behind the header nav bar.

Zoom out functionality is not working after the latest deployment.

On mobile map controls are hidden behind bar with language switch, etc. Depends on which mobile phone you are testing with, shows best when testing directly on mobile, not just simulating. Also: Nav-bar seems to be a bit low on screen for mobile, please check layout.

Issue with map controls has almost been resolved, still slight overlap with the bottom border.

While the issue - as already remarked - with the map controls is not yet 100% resolved, we should consider merging into the base an include this in the list of things needed to resolve before release.

I used BrowserStack on an iPhone 15 to resolve this issue, and I did not see the problem there
