Initiating Backend Container

The container shall have the following capabilities:

• RabbitMQ reading
• extracting message content
• plantnet request preparation
• extracting necessary information out of plantnet response
• writing message to rabbitmq

instead of writing the response to rabbitmq it should call the API of the realtime database and update the gameboard

backend container created and running from deployment file the other functionalities are moved to other issues.
