Possibility to view multiple networks from the same species #8

As I see it now, the only thing that has to be updated is then the orthology management between networks in the same species. Right now complex (the command line tool) does not calculate conservation scores between networks of the same species, so as a start I suggest that we simply have edges indicating gene identity.

Partly implemented. Now you can have multiple network of the same species IF an other species is used as reference (e.g. take "Arabidopsis leaf" as reference and the three Populus networks). But still doesn't work if all the selected networks are from the same species (problem comes from PHP request).
