Update hierarchy of cone ripening stages #90

Currently we have:

strobilus development stage

megasporangiate strobilus ripening stage

megasporangiate strobilus unripe stage megasporangiate strobilus unripe stage open microsporangiate strobilus stage pollen-releasing strobilus stage

For consistency, it should change to:

strobilus development stage

megasporangiate strobilus ripening stage

megasporangiate strobilus unripe stage megasporangiate strobilus unripe stage

microsporangiate strobilus ripening stage

open microsporangiate strobilus stage

pollen-releasing microsporangiate strobilus stage

Definitions also need to be added to these terms.
