Remove equivalency restrictions from abscised plant structure present and absent classes #97
They are very complicated, and I don't think they are necessary for data ingest. I'm going to try it, and @jdeck88 can let me know if it messes anything up.
For example:
PPO:0002356 -- abscised plant structure present -- 'abscised plant structure presence' and ('depends on structure' some (abscised some 'plant structure')) and ('quality of' some ('whole plant' and (abscised some 'plant structure')))
or
PPO:0002658 -- abscised cone or seed absent -- 'abscised plant structure presence' and ('quality of' some ('whole plant' and (not (abscised some ('mature seed' or 'ripe seed cone'))))) and ('depends on structure' only (not (abscised some ('mature seed' or 'ripe seed cone'))))
