May have to manually fix problem with datatypes #98

After making all the modules, I run into a problem with PPO_plant_structures where the classes are duplicated as datatype. The bug is described in https://github.com/ontodev/robot/issues/1203.

Until the bug in ROBOT is fixed, I may need to just manually remove the duplicate data properties to get the release out quickly.
