Create a file for the new PeptideAtlas_* sequences and add to comparison table

I have added a new line to the Arabidopsis get_data.sh file with a large file containing many sequences. What needs to be done:

• Get the file
• Extract all the sequences beginning with PeptideAtlas_ and put just those into a new file called PeptideAtlasNonNuclear.peff
• Add this new file to the repo (should be small)
• Add this new file to the matrix table and generate a new version of the comparison table
