ATLAS expression widget not returning data for new Stable IDs #17

Checking with Irene at EBI ATLAS to make sure provided data files were loaded in coordination with release b52

ATLAS group expressing concern about their own release timeline; they want to wait to load until early January, pre-PAG. This has not been an issue in the past. I'm working with them on a solution.

ATLAS included our new stable identifiers in latest release.
