IE dropdown menu selection issues #36

Dropdown menu items not selectable in IE. Pankaj is requesting a landing page for each section header, to ameliorate the issue.

Also, what is Reactome's general policy for browser compatibility? Chrome, Firefox, Safari, what else?

Not sure we have a policy but those three are the main ones for us.
