Fixed with config changes in Species_Config.pm. Testing...

Deployed and tested. At and Zm ok; most OS/LOC ok.

Further work to do in next release, but this is much improved.

I noticed a potential problem with PR search — I used the suggested search for “cytokinin” but the loaded result links were invalid. Here is the search result page that was loaded: http://plantreactome.gramene.org/content/query?q=cytokinin&species=Oryza+sativa&species=Entries+without+species&types=Protein&cluster=true
