Add compiled quality traits #109

A unified file of quality traits to be added to the ontology.

Includes ratings for fried and boiled materials assembled by Reuben Ssali, Mariam Nakitto and Vilma Hualla for RTBFoods. And ratings of baked material assembled by me, Ken Pecota and Sharon Williamson.
