terms that start with CO_331:2 the first 4 come from this commit https://github.com/Planteome/CO_331-sweetpotato-traits/commit/bc59de74a4d16db9a55988a558d0b12e30fe8617 These terms do not exist in sweetpotatoBase, which means the current master file was never loaded into it. Those 4 terms need to get new IDs.

(CO_331:2000035 - CO_331:2000039) are assigned to either both a trait and a method, or both instances belong to a method. We need to keep the first one and change the ID for the newer ones.
