CO_331:0000681 and CO_331:0000296 confounding #89

Traits 0000681 and 0000296 can confound each other. In spbase 0000681 is Storage root total yield computation tons per ha. As synonym it appears YYP (Yield per plant) that must be in kg / root. Cannot be both. In the ontology 0000681 is Storage root total yield computation tons per ha, but as synonym it appears also YPP. In spbase 0000296 is Yield of total roots per hectar computing tons per ha. As synonym it appears RYTHA. In the ontology 0000296 is Yield of total roots per hectar computing tons per ha. As synonym it appears RYTHA. Actually, they are confounded in spbase, so it is not possible to distinguish what is YPP and what is RYTHA (or maybe something else).
